Entry Fee: $200 per team of 2 anglers which covers both days tournament fishing

Pre Fish Ban: From Friday 6th of March to Friday 20th of March at 7am.
Official Pre Fish Day: Friday 20th of March from 7am.
Briefing: Friday 20th of March 5.30pm (Metung Hotel Motel)
Fishing Sessions: Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd of March from 7am to 2pm
Rules: Lure & Fly only event. Teams fish together for a combined bag limit of 5 bream per day weighed live then released. All rules as per ABT Classic tournaments
Arena:
The lakes entrance region is a unique place where the sustaining waters of five rivers end their journey to the sea, creating a crown of waterways studded with gems on both water and land, and edged with the finest beaches of golden sand. The clear, clean waters of the lakes and river systems abound with huge fiesty black bream along with a host of other estuary species such as Estuary Perch, flathead, luderick and trevally. Anglers have extensive angling options from sand flats, countless steep rock walls that drop into deep water, endless snaggy banks made up of tea tree snags and other fallen timber, aswell as many others.

Metung Holiday Villas is a brand new establishment that offers anglers the choice of a wide range of top quality accommodation options at fantastic prices. With heaps of parking to put boats and plenty of room to navigate throughout the park while still only being a 2 minute drive to the water it is the perfect option for teams who are on a budget but don't want to sacrifice their level of accommodation.
A lakeside boardwalk will take you to a village green around which you will find restaurants, the local baker, general store, water front hotel and gift shops.
Included in the price each team that stays with the Moorings will be entitled to a fully powered private marina berth for their boat for the entire length of their stay free of charge. These berths usually cost $120 per day. Private and secure trailer parking will also be available on or off site if required.
